The photos were taken on January 2nd at a hotel room in Newport Beach. nterestingly enough, that was the DAY AFTER the photographer was killed trying to take a picture of Justin's car.
There was security on hand, but no one seemed to care that Justin was (A) Smoking (weed??) (B) people were taking pictures of him DOING IT!!
TMZ has more pictures and more on the story HERE - but apparently a girl, who was NOT SELENA, was also present in the hotel room hanging on Bieber.
Bieber's people have NO COMMENT!
